In memory of Carole Roberson, a faithful member of our church for many years, we have provided an audio recording of her Memorial Service.

Carole was 83 years old when she went to be with her Lord on December 31st, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Butler Roberson, who passed away on October 17, 2025. Their deaths were exactly 75 days apart.

​

Johnny and Carole were dedicated workers of the church for many years. They were both saved back in the latter part of the 1960's under the ministry of Pastor Isaac McDuffie. Carole is survived by her son, Anthony Mark Roberson; and her sister, Joyce Peoples, along with three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

​

Carole's life was marked by deep faith to her Lord and Savior, passionate giving to her church, a devotion to family, and a feisty strength that truly touched all who knew her. Both Johnny and Carole were strong supporters to the mission program of our church.

​

She was a real joy to the folks of Crusade Baptist Church, and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
